Bankruptcy Attorney in Buckeye, Glendale, Mesa and Surprise Arizona

Allegrucci Law Office, PLLC is a general practice with our practice areas set forth below. We have a heavy emphasis on unpaid debt resolution and insolvency issues.

Allegrucci Law Office, PLLC offers free initial consultations for bankruptcy cases. Our services include:

  • As of December 31, 2021 the Phoenix Bankruptcy Court records David Allegrucci being involved with 3,888 different bankruptcy matters since the year 1992.
  • When comparing law firms to represent you in a bankruptcy proceeding Allegrucci Law Office may seem a little old fashioned. Mr. Allegrucci believes that a person should only spend money on essentials such as the experience summarized on this page. Any electronic convenience offered by another law office has a cost from that service provider. These cumulative costs are then passed onto the client resulting in a higher fee charged for a bankruptcy representation. By keeping this process simple as possible Mr. Allegrucci can charge his clients less than the few attorneys that have practiced in the bankruptcy field as long as he has.
  • Civil Defense and Collection Litigation. To date Mr. Allegrucci has defended clients in 136 civil collection lawsuits.
  • Divorce
  • Unpaid Income Tax issues through offers-in-compromise, installment agreements, appeals, innocent and injured spouse relief.
  • Probate, Wills, Trusts, Beneficiary Deeds, and Power of Attorney.

We are a debt relief agency we assist people in filing bankruptcy.

For your convenience, we have offices in:           SURPRISE                 BUCKEYE                     MESA                NORTH PHOENIX
